Our Training Path

From First Shift to Head Barista

Week 1–2: Foundations

Café culture, hospitality basics, equipment safety, and hands-on espresso fundamentals under close supervision.

Week 3–4: Craft & Speed

Latte art, drink customization, the full Spanish menu, and working the floor during real service hours.

Month 2+: Certified & Growing

Graduate as a certified Taza Española barista, with the option to train toward shift lead and head barista roles.
